Overture is a cinematic anthology series that brings classical music to life through bold, emotionally charged short films.
Each episode is built around a well-known orchestral piece — an overture, a symphony, or an aria — and uses it as the sole narrative driver.
There are no dialogues, no explanatory voice-overs — only images and music, composed into one powerful emotional arc.

The result is a unique audiovisual experience: visual storytelling that speaks through symphonic masterpieces.
Just like Disney's Fantasia introduced classical music to new generations through animation, Overture reimagines these pieces in modern, often dark and grounded live-action settings.

The stories span genres and tones — from tragedy to surrealism, from social commentary to intimate psychological drama.
What connects them all is the music: reinterpreted, rearranged, and brought to the forefront as the soul of each story.

Created by filmmaker Oliver Michael Stuckmann, Overture blends his cinematic vision with a deep love for music and narrative.
The series is not just a celebration of classical compositions — it’s a reflection on humanity, morality, and emotion.

The first season is currently in development and includes six planned episodes, with optional companion films.
Casting has already begun, and a teaser has been released.
The production team is now looking for creative collaborators, strategic partners and financial supporters who share a passion for ambitious audiovisual storytelling.
